Process
From hide to heirloom
We partner with family-owned tanneries that vegetable-tan leather using natural extracts. This patient process yields hides with depth, character, and the ability to develop a rich patina over time.
In our workshop, master artisans saddle-stitch critical seams — a technique stronger than machine lock-stitching — and hand-paint edges with multiple coats of pigment before burnishing to a glass smooth finish.
