7 calendar days
Return unused items with original tags and packaging within 7 calendar days of receipt.
Quality inspection
Once we receive your return, our team inspects it. Approved returns are refunded to your bank account.
5–7 business days
After approval, we process your refund within 5–7 days and email you a confirmation.
Reverse pickup
We can arrange a complimentary reverse pickup for exchanges or returns when available.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, all products must be returned to us at our address within a strict 7 calendar days from receipt of the product. Please return the goods unused with the original tags intact, along with the original packing (such as the box) and any complementary product that was sent with the order.
If 7 days have gone by since your date of receipt, failure to meet this window may lead to delayed exchange timelines or cancellation of your exchange or return request.
After we receive your return
When your parcel arrives, our quality team inspects the product. If it passes our quality check, we will credit the agreed amount to your bank account. We typically process refunds within 5 to 7 days and send you an email confirmation.
If the product does not pass inspection—for example if it appears used, damaged, soiled, polished, or altered—we may not accept the return. In those cases we may send the item back to you and/or refuse a refund. We will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
Reverse pickup
We will book a reverse pickup free of cost if you wish to exchange or return the product to us so that you get a hassle-free shopping experience. Availability may depend on your location; we will confirm when you contact us.
