Exchange Policy

Exchange Window

We offer a 7-day exchange period from the date of delivery. Exchange requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.

Reverse Pickup

Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup within 24 to 48 hours. To avoid any delay, please ensure that the package is available at the pickup address at the time of collection.

Transit Time

After pickup, the return parcel may take 3 to 8 days to reach our address, depending on the location and courier transit time. During this transit period, we will not be able to dispatch your selected exchange shoes.

Product Inspection

Once the parcel reaches us, our team will carefully inspect the product to confirm that it meets the exchange criteria. The item must be:

• Unused and unworn, in original condition, with original tags intact
• Returned in original packaging, including the original box

Non-Acceptable Conditions

We reserve the right to decline exchange requests if the product is found to be used, damaged, soiled, polished, or altered. Products that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted for exchange.

Size Unavailable or Collection Not Preferred

If you are unable to find your size in the same product, or if you do not like the current collection, we will issue a Credit Voucher.

A Credit Voucher is just like cash and can be used for future purchases by you as a special coupon or gift card. The Credit Voucher does not have an expiry date and can be used for any future purchase, with no strings attached.
