Once your payment is confirmed, we prepare your order for dispatch. Estimated delivery windows are shown on each product page and again at checkout. Rural or remote areas may require additional transit time.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address and phone number before placing your order. Incorrect details can delay delivery. If you need to update an address after ordering, contact us as soon as possible—we will help where the parcel has not yet shipped.
Secure handling
Leather goods are inspected before they leave our side. If your package arrives damaged, photograph the outer box and items and email us within 48 hours so we can assist.
